We produce internationally advanced automotive fasteners and innovative non-standard fasteners, as well as a full range of industrial standard fasteners for bars. Raw Material Conversion Process

 adopts the international advanced spheroidizing annealing furnace, using the optimized spheroidizing annealing technology to reform the wire rod in our factory for the coiled elements ordered in bulk from the steel mills. The advanced furnace structure and protective atmosphere design can avoid decarburization of the wire, improve the spheroidization rate of the wire metal grains, so that the metal grains can be refined and evenly distributed. The advanced design of pickling, phosphating and saponification lines, the precision wire drawing equipment purchased from Taiwan and the standardized process control fully guarantee the high quality of wire drawing and reforming, which is the prerequisite for Maobo to provide customers with stable quality products in the long run.


Total Quality Management (TQM) and Business Excellence (BE) Systems
Total Quality Management (TQM) and Business Excellence (BusinessExcellence) are quality assurance theories developed on the basis of product testing, quality control and statistical theory. It originated from the quality improvement movement in Japan in the 1940s-1950s, formed in the quality revival movement in the United States in the 1980s-1990s, and developed due to the introduction of the selection conditions for quality awards in Europe and the United States. While exporting fasteners to advanced enterprises in Europe, America and Japan, Maobo deeply felt the necessity of implementing total quality management and business excellence system. The establishment of the highly specialized and automated Maubo Fastener Factory and the introduction of international talent provided Maubo with the conditions to implement these quality management systems.
ISO/TS16949 carries out the principle of total quality management and business excellence. Under the guidance of American experts, TüV SüD from Germany and BureauVeritas from Belgium, Maobo passed the TS16949 certification in 2008, and began to operate in full accordance with the total quality management and business excellence system. The company has set a grand vision of becoming a world-class supplier of high-end fasteners, and fully emphasizes the human factor in product quality assurance. Under the leadership of the president and other senior managers of the company, the company has formed a pattern of full participation in quality management through employee training, strengthening communication and guidance, rewarding rationalization suggestions, and combining the development of the company with individual career planning.

Creative technical services
Led by international experts, our engineering team is able to provide our customers with all critical technical support throughout the production and application of fasteners. We use computer-aided design (CAD, Pro-E, UG, Katia), computer-aided cold forming analysis, computer-aided application analysis (CAE), and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) to develop fastener products that meet customer expectations and requirements. Our fastener process specialists and quality control engineers often provide technical training to customers on fastener materials, design and manufacturing, testing equipment operation, and product applications. Our sales engineers are available to travel to OEMs for on-site assembly support. Our design and marketing teams can customize package labeling and packaging services for TierOne and Tier Two suppliers, distributors and agents, and retail chains.


Excellent product management
Maobo introduces advanced ERP system for fastener production management, which connects sales, supply, production, quality control, logistics, finance and other departments. All the relevant information from the receipt of orders to process preparation, production preparation, production progress of each process, quality inspection, and all the way to the packaging and shipment of each link is input into the system. As a result, personnel are able to monitor the progress of each order in real time, check important information in each process, and ensure a seamless link to ensure that 100% of the customer's requirements for product characteristics and delivery dates are met. Maobo also envisions sharing production and inventory information with customers through an electronic data exchange system to facilitate customer monitoring of product readiness.
