The company mainly produces and operates: general hardware standard parts, automobile fasteners, non-standard processing parts, construction fasteners, etc., engaged in import and export trade business at home and abroad, the products are widely used in automobile, high-speed rail, general machinery, rail transportation, engineering machinery, hydraulic transmission, wind power, construction and other industries. The sales network covers all over the country and extends overseas. At present, there are East China, South China, North China, Northeast China, Central China sales regional office and North America, Europe sales business. Main customer cargo supporting customers: GM (General Motors), CRRC (China Railway Corporation), BMW Motorrad, Cummins, Lonking, Sany Heavy Industry, Wanxiang Qianchao, Shandong Haomei, Dongfeng Motor and so on.
The company currently has two independent teams to form business units: fastener division and machining division, with R & D, production, sales and service integration capabilities, perfect supply chain system, Maobo strict implementation of the international automotive industry quality management system standards ISO/TS16949 and the U.S. aerospace industry standard AS9100.

Through the vertically integrated manufacturing system, Maobo independently controls all the key processes in the production of our fasteners, from material reforming (ball annealing, pickling, phosphating, saponification, wire drawing) to cold heading and thread rolling (multi-station precision cold forming, thread rolling, thread rolling), heat treatment (carburizing, tempering, carbon-nitrogen co-tempering), surface treatment (phosphating, zinc-plating, zinc-nickel-plated alloys), and then to the packaging and stocking of the fasteners, which is not only according to the aeronautical and automotive quality management system to ensure that each step of the process is strictly followed, but also according to the quality management system of the automotive industry.
